There are styles of BOVs that use pressure instead of vacumm to open, but I'm pretty sure yours isn't one of them. If it is a DSM style BOV, I know it won't work. A quick check with a vacuum pump or air compressor will verify it for you.

In my experience, you want a source thats both vacuum AND boost for your bov. Vac, of course opens it up but boost helps hold it closed.

well my arms are abit bigger than most people so i needed space. Yes just remove the clamp that holds the chra onto the turbine housing, and move the chra and compressor aside and viola instant room. If you think it is a bitch now try it with 13+inch circumference forearms.
Why is your boost gauge crooked?
