Great job, instant subscribe, the turbo is huge, cant wait to see a dyno sheet when that thing starts spooling, JEJEJE!

Ebay stuff is not after all, I am using EGAY EWG, BOV and CAM GEARS, so far working good! Of course I always read the feedback and other people's follow up comments, time as a seller etc. Anyway, props on your setup will check every now and then to see the progress, thanks for sharing your work with high res images!

Yes I am, I have cx racing BOV and it has worked better than the brand name ones I have used so I figured I would give this a try. If it fails, it uses the same flange as the TiAL 38mm so I can always get a real one.

Forged rods, low comp-pistons, bottom end balenced, over sized and unshrouded valves, ported head, Titanium retainers and duel springs, everything squared and blue printed. I bought my engine kit from Belfab. Tri-vally machine did the machining and balancing and I build the motor.

Can you take more pics please? Level with front and back and both sides. top and bottom (inside collector). Maybe some 3/4 angle from front/back and both sides as well.

Dont you need those rear angles (for runners 2 and 3) to be more at a 45* angle to match this drawing?

Are you going to have any problems with your manifold design(Not doubting your skills at all, lol, so please don't think that) and the weight of the Holset? Any plans for serious bracing?

A couple friends of mine have E30's with Holsets ranging from HX30's to HX45's and those suckers are heavy. I remember the HX30 being around 28-30 pounds and the HX45 being around 45-50+ pounds.

I want a holset soooo bad

Yes I have bracing in mind, something like the weld bracing on Sav's mani. I will take pics when I am done, I don't have enough material to finish, I just ordered the rest tonight I think I might get it before thanksgiving but we have family coming into town until the weekend so I don't know if I will have time to do any more till next week. I have the HY35 and the turbine housing is about half the size of the housing of the HX35, its still heavy but I know the manifold will hold up.
