Dont worry I have taken the next 6 weeks off of work so I will have plenty of time to get it done, Im hoping to make it to a December track event at Sears point.

 

Damn Californians and your December track days, we'd probably need spiked tires for a track day here in the PNW.

 

Just found out that its full up so I will have to wait till January. We have track events all year. I think, no Im sure Ive done more events during the winter than in the summer.

I guess I could work on that, I have not been back out in the garage since I ran out of strait tube.

The collector is not totally done yet, the waste gate will be on the top of it, Ill get some more pics then.

One issue I see (and you probably already know this) is its quite a bit far away from the engine. Won't it hit/interfere with the frame of the car? The rail is right there, making all bottom mounts have to be placed REAL close to the engine block to not hit the rail.

 

I think I will get the waste gate put on tonight and get some pics up with it on the head in the car w/turbo.

 

i'm with 18psi, looks like its going to be VERY close to the frame rail if not hitting it.

 

Actually it has room on the frame, I hugged it right to the block Ill get some pics up soon, it takes up all the space available between the engine and the frame, getting the spacing right was a pain I have to re make my runners 3 times but it fits well now.

 

Is there enough room to allow for at least a little engine movement?
