Anyone ever see the alcohol atomizers that vaporize alcohol and then allow you to inhale it. Supposed to be pretty ridiculous. Not that I want one, but I'm pretty sure they're banned in 90% of the united states.

yo man i'm just thinking for the enviroment. run it off of hemp. yeah i didn't really think of the restriction, i was just thinking it would cool it more efficentely with the air actually going through the water than just the heat soaking through the metal first.....hang on let me hit this and i'll pop up some more good ideas.
