I think this is the flange your looking for $20.00 AU. ( Manifold Flange Plate ? )

Sounds like that's the turbo flange, not the DP...

To be sure you can email the seller. ( it says a dummy flange is supplied to make a downpipe so you may be correct ) either way looks like a source for his setup
