So I've seen many turbo's with a seal between two parts of the compressor housing. As in where you would loosen the bolts to clock the compressor housing.
I know it's a bad picture, but this is what im talking about:

Anywho, my ebay turbo has no seal, and I was wondering if anyone else running theirs with no seal, or if they sealed it and realized it was leaking before. I was thinking of putting maybe a thin layer of RTV or finding a seal to go there, but wasn't sure if it was necessary. I just hate the idea of thinking I could be leaking air out between the housing.
