Injectors are in and the car is running! Although its running ****!

Starts up and idles fine, however once you give it juice, there's a hesitation, but the car does run.

I'm running 550's, req fuel set to 5.6, and the PW where change using the calculator I found on here.

What should I be fine tuning to get it right, is it a req fuel problem, a fuel table problem or what?

what was the Req_fuel prior?

it should be scaled in relation to the change in injector size.

same as cranking PW, however you subtract the 1ms opening/closing time from calc then add it back in.

13.4 before hand, I just used the built in calculator to get the 5.6.

And used the formula I found on here to scale down the PW.

((Old PW-1)/550*230)+1 I think it was.

sounds correct.

you have to adjust the acceleration enrichments the same way as well if MS-I.

I'm MSPNP, does it have to be done with that, and would it be the rpm based acc enrichments?

rpm based should be disabled. unless you car is a 96-97. but the acceleration wizard values are the ones you want, just scale them * .418

Yeah it is disabled.

Acceleration Wiz is set to Map based, and Im to scale the Value(ms) and the Rate kPa/s) by .418? Or just the value?

Thanks for the help.

Got my acceleration enrichments sorted today, thanks to the Brain. Cheers for the help.

So since the car was running right with the injectors I realised that I've run out of excuses for not putting on the turbo.

So stripped off the manifold and downpipe and started bolting **** on. Im going to go and make a proper build thread now!

Got a small bit done on the car today.

The oil feed and return are plumbed in.

I put the return in just beside th dip stick, was the easiest place to drill and fit it, and i think it should be okay, can anyone confirm that thats okay!!

Welding up my manifold too at the moment, pretty much done now, and should get the turbo elbow sorted tomorrow.

Almost there.
