rebuilding the control arms.

so after testing that the balljoints aren't bad, they are actually pretty stiff and grease was cleana, just ripped boots..i decided to get energy suspension bushings.
while i wait for the bushings to arirve, i took the LCA and UCA apart

best tool ever created to remove balljoints wihtout damaging the boots...def worth the purchase

all boots removed

old ripped boots

also took apart the alternator to clean it...because bored.

bearings look good without any play...may or may not replace them.

thing was pretty dirty and some rust but that will all be good once i clean and paint it.

So, triple post?

I propped one of them because you're crazy, taking the trans apart and all. I'll prop another one once it goes back together and it's running. lol glad you didn't give up on the car.

installed the fron struts and springs

getting ready to install engine:
clutch

had to fly solo since i didn't have anyone to help.
what made the whole ordeal difficult was trying to get it done while not scratching any of the newly painted parts
