Turbo boosting 2psi only, stumped.
Does ten/gnd still work with MS? (Are you on MS? I forget) lock it into 10 with the spark settings.
Check for tdc, with a long extension and a dial indicator preferably. Then see if the pulley still reads tdc. If not, you can mark a new tdc with a chisel and hammer until you buy a new one.

I've done this already. I don't have MS (not yet at least, will be soon). I have verified TDC with the dipstick in #1, mark on the crank pulley still lines up with the 0 mark on the timing cover.
