Meth injected TB relocated M45 190whp 170tq
Tuned on AEM EMS w/ MAP sensor, and AEM meth injection using 100% meth and medium nozzle. Custom intake and TB relocation with BOV. Header back exhaust, stock 5psi pulley. Colder iridiums gapped at .030". Stock injectors and fuel pump.
Turbo's eat your heart out!!! just look at that torque curve/ line....lol

Yeah I could have made more PEAK power, but Im pretty sure if you were to take the integral of my ~5psi tune vs. lets say a 5psi greddy kit. I have a higher avg. torque.
I also might be making a tiny bit more power than that since my rev limiter was reset to 7500 and the Dyno stops at ~7k. I'll net throw on the 8psi pulley and see what that makes and track it like that for a bit, but now with the AEM I kinda want to go turbo and built motor and 99' head and shoot for 300whp for some stupid speed!!!

Why does your pressure creep up from four to six psi above 5600 rpm? Backpressure in the exhaust? I know the stock intake manifold flow is weak but it is definitely good for a lot more than 190hp.
In that part of the graph your pressure is rising and your torque is falling which seems to indicate a breathing problem. The cat maybe?

Also this SC came on the car when I bought it, not like I think SC's are the jesus of FI. But I'm confident with these numbers that they could rival a lot of turbo cars at the same 5PSI OF BOOST!!!

Dang guys, don't have to **** in his Cheerios!!
Thats pretty impressive for an M45, Honestly. Best we could get out of one on its last leg w/bandaids was 147whp..
Haven't been back since the recent upgrades cause the blower died.
That dyno was with 8psi 62mm (I think) blower pulley, P-P-P-P-Powercard!!! (Notice that perfect fuel curve... ) Jackson racing BTM, big header, FM high flow cat, 2" catback borla system.
He ordered MSPNP and sold the timing and powercard garbage to nearly recover the entire cost of the PNP, Lc1, water/meth kit, and larger exhaust. Blower died in the first 15 minutes of a MAM track day.

I was really happy with the numbers given the setup, I haven't really seen any really around that power other than an NB with bigger injectors, fuel pump, link ECU, and 8# pulley that made 192whp...But this will be plenty of power for auto-x, I just need to get a clutch ASAP cause its slipping now has anyone had good look with the XTD's off ebay? I've heard there actuaully pretty good and dirt cheap.

Oh ****, the whole time I thought this was the bigger blower. Good job dude. Now get a proper tune on it with MS. I'm really anxious to see what the tune looks like with proper engine management...considering I'm about to tune adaptronic on an 01 w/ mp62.
