diypnpms2 1.5 93 miata having a hard time with the directions.
What's with the stars on the directions? Do they mean anything?Such as edge pin connection tps sig to adapter *gnd. Or when theirs only stars as the adapter like vref to adapter ***. I must be missing something.
Do I have this right ? Tps to the ground that's on the connector, then jump sig to gnd with 1k resistor. And if I have a wideband sensor to put in do I still do pin 4n to o2 on the board or do I just put the wideband signal into o2 on the board? Thanks for all the help guys
the oe TPS is just a switch and the MS can't use the signal.
You jump TPS to a ground through a 1K resistor to prevent the signal from "floating" while you drive. It's basically tricking the MS into thinking the TPS is always at 0%.
You can bring your wbo2 signal directly into 4N.
If you do bring the WBO2 into the OE wiring at 4N, then 4N needs to be jumped to the O2 pin.

there's a 5x5 row of pins near the row numbered 1-15. they have 12v, 5v, gnd, and snd there.
wire 12v and gnd to two of the pins on 1-15.
use your provided db15 connector to attach your wbo2 to there.

The tps ground with the resistor is that the ground above the proto area in the line of white grounds? Then also one of the signal from the lc2 controller does the go into 4n or directly into the o2 on the board. Then as for the other signal off the the lc controller can I put the directly into the 1-15 on the board to the db9 connector. And power and ground for the lc controller is their a spot on the board to get power and ground from? AAfter this it should be done thanks to you

I just told you exactly where to get power and ground. wire those to your DB15 pins. match the WBO2 wiring to those pins on the connector and you now have power and round to your WBO2.
TL;DR wire all three wires to the WBo2 to the DB15.
