Thanks for the MSQ. Unfortunately, almost everything is exactly the same. Strange...time to pull my hair out.

Are you autotuning AND datalogging at the same time in that datalog?

Is this considered a big no-no? Or does it just make the log fairly useless.

First of all, there's no reason to datalog when you are autotuning. Either autotune or grab a datalog to analyze later, either manual or through the "manual" VE Analyzer. Doing both taxes the serial link and you end up with many "gaps" in the datalog.

Having said that, I would like to see a clear, short datalog, showing ONE problem and NOTHING else.

I'll do this tomorrow. Thanks.

I went and picked-up Jeff's car today. I started back at square one and realized I overlooked a few things, things that were already set-up for me in MS1 from DIY. My CLT and IAT sensor calibrations were wrong, thanks to the DIY site I pulled their information in. The fuel table was so out of shape that VEAL wouldn't work, so I tuned the fuel table by hand. The fuel table is just about done, working on enrichments and played with the fuel injection timing table a bit. I will be done with the road tune in an hour or so...after I get all the damp air out of Jeff's cooling system. What a ***.

Thanks for the help everyone, it's always a stupid mistake on my part. I also broke down and paid for MLV, like a bauce.

On a related note, Jeff's car is slow as ----. Turbonator > Eaton hand dryer.

I used these thermistor settings for the CLT:

Temperature F Resistance In Ohms
14 9000
68 2500
176 320

...and CLT says 230 when the gauge and temp-strip say ~210*f. What should I do?

The ECU came with the calibrations already set perfectly, why did you change them?

Because I believe CLT and IAT values were off. I also knew the WBO2 settings were off so I changed them all, to be sure. Post-up your values and I'll switch back and see what the car does.

I thought I was doing the right thing by going back and confirming settings. Sorry to be a pest.

CLT is 34*F -> 5900, 84*F -> 1700, 180*F -> 310. The IAT calibration was the GM IAT, because that was supposed to be used.
