Default Log file patterns that indicate problems?

Are there any patterns I should look for in my log files that would indicate common failure modes?

I log most of my drives, and while I have my car running what "feels" like normal, I'm looking to see if there are any patterns I should be looking for in my logs that would indicate a failure mode. I'd hate to run into a problem that, upon looking at logs later, would have been obvious.

AFR's, knock and EGT

But if you're asking, it's probably worthless to you. Maybe it's even too late
