Default Widebands not matching under load

I just took out my Link EMS and replaced it with a Hydra Nemesis 2.5. With the Link I was using an AEM UEGO, which only has about 5,000 miles on it because I had to replace the setup. I decided that because the Hydra has no WBo2 gauge output, and I don't feel like lugging the laptop around everywhere I go, I'd just leave the UEGO in the car to monitor my AFRs. The Hydra has it's on-board WB, and it was lightly used in an n/A Miata when I bought the ECU used off of here. Brings me to the issue.

The Hydra's WB was calibrated per the instructions, everything went great there. During idle they match dead on with a little jump in the UEGO sometimes. During light acceleration, the UEGO and the Hydra are apart +- xx.2. During constant cruise, they are off a full point, the Hydra reads 14.7 and the UEGO bounces between 15.7-16.0. Under boost they usually both match the targets, but sometimes they're about +- xx.2 off again, especially when not in full-throttled boost. The cruise difference concerns me, it's on the lean side for cruise if the AEM is reading correctly.

To note, the sensors are both in the BEGi downpipe right before the cat, post-divorce. They are in the same spot on the downpipe, except about 10" apart, the UEGO's sensor being in the first bung and the Hydra's sensor being in the second, post-flex pipe. Just wondering if there are any ideas? I'm either going to swap the sensors around and put the Hydra's sensor in the first bung and see if anything changes, or was considering disconnecting the UEGO's sensor, plugging the hole, and seeing if the Hydra WB readings are matching the target AFRs. Thinking that maybe good flow to it's sensor is being blocked by the UEGO sensor, but I'm not a flow pattern expert.
