I'm planning to go through my 99 motor this winter.

Hone + NPR rings
M-tuned rods
New OEM headgasket and few other seals and gaskets
MSM intake cam - $200
ARP Head studs
I think i'm going to keep the 9.1 pistons - I'm planning to run about 15psi max and run about 275-300whp

and I've heard a ATI damper is the best investment you can make if your car is boosted. to save your oil pump. so that might make the list.

Sounds good, I would do an oil pump and main studs though.
