UPDATE Turns out I am a idiot. Rod caps were switched around. I could of swore up and down they were not. Spins freely and on to finish my build.

Yup always remember "tang to tang" . I did the same thing in the 1st motor I built (h22 Honda) . Well I sold it before I got it in a car. It spun the bearings when it started
