Probably around 6 inches? Car is still quite peppy out of boost. I mean, if you did this to a naturally aspirated car then you might loose what, 5hp down low? Since boost is what makes power FWIW I didn't notice any spool hit when I took off my ungutted mani and put this on.
Of course and like a ------- baller I shoved a pile of magnesium shavings down there to take care of the aluminum chunks-- to smooth out the walls n stuff

Thanks for the pics. I need to get reinspired to start gutting my extra manifold. It's such a slow PITA process I doubt I'll ever finish. Anyone have suggestions on what kind of tool to use for this? I've just been randomly picking up different cutting tools and nothing has seemed to work all that well.
