Half street, half track K swap here.

1) I don't think it's bad but everyone has different limits for NVH. I had stock non-MS mounts before the swap.
2) Haven't had any issues with underhood temps. Currently using the race header with ceramic coating. I do have the closest harness to the exhaust wrapped though as well.
3) I have the Koyo Hyper V and stock fan and do fine. I'd get rid of the garbage Mishimoto fans.
4) I use Ktuner. Cheaper but uglier than Kpro. Would recommend against just a reflash. Too many variables.
5) Keep the 3.9. These motors rev a little more than the stock BP.

Thanks Zeller! How long have you had your conversion and how many miles do you have on her?
Good point on the mishimoto fans....they're coming off. I think I'll unshroud the Koyo and mount the new Spal fans like oem. It seems like with the shroud in place, it limits airflow at moderate to high speeds...just a hunch on my part. Yes, the Koyo is sealed around the edges to keep airflow directed thru the core.
Only a couple of hundred more for the Kpro vs reflash, chump change in the long run.

[edit] Holy Smokes, how did I miss your build thread? Just found it, my questions ^^ are answered. Subed for updates
