I can tune my car at 2am in 35 degree weather and it runs 10.9-11.1 during 4th and 5th gear pulls. I can then take that same tune and go pounding around CalSpeed in 80 degree weather, redlining 5th and 6th, and the wideband is pinned at 10.9-11.0.
What, my car is different with temperature change. What are your settings.
the tune should accommodate changes in ambient atmospheric conditions via air temp sensors and coolant temp sensors.
Remember the Xede is not a standalone. With the standard Xede, it does not have a extra correction based on those factors. It could, but 99% of people do not use it. The stock ECU corrects for those factors.

Nope, it relies on the stock ECU for those functions. The Xede will control fuel, timing, O2 sensor, TPS, WB O2 integration, boost solenoid, and a few other analog inputs you can think of. But it's corrections are based off of the MAF and engine loads.

Here is a copy of the map. It is about mid-range to aggressive on the timing scale of things. What is in the map is the degree of advancement or retard to factory settings.

Doesn't matter, you still can't figure out what the actual timing he was running is. It varies depending on whatever the stock ECU felt like running. I was hoping for a map with PSIA and RPM for axis and the actual total advance for a number.
