I'm not dismissing the leak possibility, just looking for updated opinions after the video. I'll run the test after work and we'll see what I come up with. Thanks for the input related to the BEGI valve specifically.
I just wanted to be the 7th person to suggest that it's most likely a boost leak. As stated previously, a leak between the turbo and throttle body will not affect idle or drop off boost at high rpms.
When I first turbocharged my car I made the exact same thread, everyone said it was a boost leak so I pressure tested the charge piping. My blow off valve (that came with the BEGI kit) was leaking quite a bit of air. I swapped it out and the problem was gone.

Well what seems to be the 'back'. The back of the cold side is where it seems like it's coming from, between the cold and hot side. I couldn't tell where exactly it's coming from but its blowing out freely. The regulator was set to 20 and it built no pressure. Cranked it up and still nothing. What seal or seals am I going to need?

O ring ordered. I've been looking for a good time to get my heat shields ceramic coated and my header wire wheeled anyways. I'm glad it's nothing big though. Can I replace this without unbolting everything?
Any reason this might have happened? This setup doesn't even have 4k on it. Unfortunately I've recently been tuning for this unmetered air.. Bust, but I'm looking forward to the spooling
As for the RTV. I appreciate the quick fix suggestion, but I've seen your build thread my friend Advice taken with a grain of salt.

Update: Yes, the turbo is leaking all of the air out of it, no that's not a problem?
I contacted my distributor for Garrett and he said that's normal, and it's likely not my issue. The GT28 does not even have a gasket. He told me to double check my waste gate preload, so I'll give that a shot.
Faeflora - In your defense, you can indeed use RTV to seal the turbo, but it's not necessary. Although, if you were under the impression that the turbo DID have a gasket, you're still ghetto for trying to use RTV in it's place
When I unplug my boost controller and leave it open, the car will boost to 10LBS... When I plug my line directly to the WG, i boost to 5LBS. Is this normal?

my turbo did this a week before it stopped boosting completely...
check the shaft play.
then check leakdown of all of the charge pipes, exhaust leaks and intake manifold leaks.
my bet is on intake manifold leak based on the fact that to change injectors you need to pull the upper plenum.

What the fuckign hell?
WHERE THE **** IS THE AIR COMING OUT OF THE TURBO. THERE ARE A BUNCH OF PLACES IT COULD BE LEAKING FROM. CLARIFY BITCH!!
PINPOINT THE LOCATION BY FELCHING THE SANTORUM OUT OF YOUR GAY LVOERS *** (NOT THAT THERE'S ANYTHING WRONG WITH BEING GAY) AND SMEARING IT ALL OVER THE TURBO. THEN PRESSURESIZE THE ****.
TAKE A PICTURE WITH YOUR FAT FINGER POINTING TO WHERE THE LEAK IS COMING FROM YOU CUNTMONKEY.

This has been clarified. To the best of my knowledge it's leaking between the compressor housing and the CHRA. The same place that an O Ring, or a Gasket would go if the turbo was intended to have one. Ps. getmadplease.
