Default VTCS to VICS swap on USDM NB2 - What exactly is needed for this swap?

I decided to order a VICS manifold on ebay for around 75$, however it is missing what is labeled on the FSM as the "VICS Shutter Valve Actuator". The "VICS solenoid valve" appears to exist on my NB2 already, but the vacuum line is going to a different port on my existing VTCS manifold.
It looks like I will need to order an NB1 fuel rail, and that VICS shutter valve actuator as well. Is there a way to repurpose the VTCS vacuum switch as the VICS shutter valve on this manifold? Has anyone done this swap and documented exactly what is needed/what vacuum lines go where? As Reverants MS3 Basic has the ability to control VICS natively, I must be missing something if its this difficult to swap manifolds. I am on the verge of ordering a squaretop just to avoid the vacuum line routing alone.

I feel pretty dumb right now, after taking a second look at the diagram and my car it looks like I should have the equivalent of the VICS shutter valve, it is labeled as the VTCS shutter valve on the NB2 diagram. I went out to my car and found the vacuum valve under the throttle body. Is it really as simple as disconnecting that valve and re-attaching it to the VICS manifold? For reference, here is the VICS switch side of the intake that I got. It looks like I may be missing something else here. Also other photos of my manifold so you can tell what I am missing for VICs to work.

Re-posting this from previous VICS threads

Looks like I am missing the VICS Vacuum chamber as well, wonderful. At this rate I may as well order a squaretop due to the ever-expanding cost of additional parts

Here is VICS being added to a 97 for anyone unfortunate enough to try this swap.

You can use a VTCS actuator, in fact I prefer it because its all metal vs the plastic VICS barb. You’ll need to fabricate a squarish plate thick enough to drill/tap for m6 and have a few threads (1/4” or so), then bolt it to the manifold, and bolt the actuator to the bracket.

This is is the best pic I can get in a cramped space.

Thank you for the pic & information Curly, I feel that is actually achievable with my limited fabrication skills. Is there an OEM style bracket I could possibly pull off a Junkyard NB1 that would work in a similar manner as well? Also, is the L Bracket containing the metal VTCS actuator OEM or was that fabricated as well?

Found the bracket in its OEM Position right behind the VTCS actuator, how do you have the end of the actuator rod attached to the VICS switch, does it just snap onto it or did you have to fabricate anything for it?

The electronic solenoid should just bolt up from the VCTS manifold onto the VICS.

The vacuum actuator from the VCTS manifold is too long, hence my plate to space it back. It attaches to the butterfly valves same as the vics, with a clip on the end to hold it on.

OK, thanks for clarifying that. I will need to pull the manifold to see that clip, its a bit hard to see in its stock configuration without the manifold out. Now I just need to figure out where all these vacuum lines go and I should be in business
