Not on the car yet, finishing the boost bits today.

Mufflers are an Xforce generic straight through.

XForce is an aussie company made in china i believe, they also make the varex variable volume muffler.

Update

bracketry to stop this fitting being under vibration stresses.
The oil pressure sender screws in through the hole and tightly secures the whole oil feed assembly.

Got the flex in.

Oil return fitting welded in.

Turbo hidden down there, I love hard lines looks so OEM.

The cover shots lol !

I love this last photo, long live the A-Dub

Thankyou, finished and boosted tonight.

Needs a tune, the owner (not me it was a job) is amazed that I was right, its quiet, very responsive and almost as quick at 7psi as the blower was at 17psi, untuned!

Still a little heatshield buzz im sorry needs more bending , I tried to tuck the mufflers WAY up and its just a hair from the shields.

LS1 alternator bracket:

Designed with a pivot point so that the alternator can serve as a belt tensioner with the addition of a turn buckle between the block and lower part of the alternator.

Just went out and fitted the intake to it and the BOV (recirculated).

Pics as usual on my facebook page but here they are.

Did a quick street tune at 15psi, it had a 17psi supercharger tune on it, so it ran but need to be richened up a LOT and a fair bit of tweaking, we left a lot on the tabel but it pulls around 30% harder than the blower was at 17psi and all the way to 8000rpm.

I would guess 200-210whp.

The intake utilises the factory aribox which is very quiet and works great.

So there's a local guy selling a Lincoln Precision Tig 225 for $1200 on craigslist. What do you think? It's a bit more than I want to spend, I was hoping to find a used tig for ~$800.

they are pretty good. try it out to see if it works. some of the precision lineup have bad control boards and their amp control ***** can malfunction which needs a whole mobo replacement.

I just sold my good condition Precision 185 wih cart and foot pedal for $1,600 after holding out for the right buyer.

onto more fab...with my new everlast Powertig 200DX. it seems to be a much nicer unit and with dual voltage it was $1,300 Canadian +taxes and shipping.

I've read good and bad things about Everlast/other chinese welders. If I can't find a good deal on a used Miller/Lincoln and get impatient I will probably go that route, since it's just a hobby.

I picked up my Lincoln TIG 175 for $850 last fall. Deals on TIG welders seem to be few and far between.
