How do I get my animated GIF avatar to animate?

I uploaded an animated GIF as my avatar.

Problem, is the ****'s not animating. The hearts are supposed to be swirling and they are static.

Technical assistance with this vital matter please?

The ani gif has to fit within the file size and dimensions limits. Otherwise the system resizes it and makes it static.
