I'll bet the weight reduction on the H1 will = the total weight of some of the lighter cars in the game.

I drove a few laps at the new Infineon with the Forza Fanatec tonight thanks to GRM.

I also watched a man lap the Nurburgring. New to racing simulators but this was not his first time driving that track. It was cool.

DAMN! Who thought it was a good idea to put a bunch of practically parked cars all over the track while you try to lap? I swear to ******* god, I almost get in a good lap, and then there is a pack of ******* cars taking up the entire track, or there is one around a corner turned around the wrong way, stopped. And why the **** can I not start with a clean lap? even if I run back to back laps, without touching another car, or leaving the boundaries, I start the lap with the caution symbol. **** this demo, I'm ready for the full version.

You have to make sure your last sector is clean to start a clean lap. hitting into anything or crossing out of the race lines will dirty your lap. If you aren't hitting anything, then probably you are going wide out of the course.

I don't think so. I'm staying well within what I think are the boundaries, unless they are further in than I think they are. Oh well, either way, I'm done with the demo.

Downloaded the demo, pulled a few low 1:44s dirty in the Zonda, 1:45.028 clean. Now I REALLY wish my g27 worked on forza, lol.

Fun, entertaining game, I'll be getting it

Oh yeah, 1:43.3 in the Zonda, top 1%. I do not ******* see how people are capable of 1:38.6 laps. No ******* way to cut 5 seconds off of my laps. I'm driving the ******* edge of boundaries ***** to the wall, following as close to ideal lines as I can. Slow in and fast out at all of the sharper turns. Just does not seem possible.

Was racing your ghost flier129. Catch me if you can!

I can see 1:38 lap times, I hit 1:40.6 clean, 40.4 dirty, only because lap before was dirtied on last sector. I know where I messing up at that if I take it right is at least another second off my time, the rest would be just cleaning up stuff. no assists of course

na6c whats your xbox live tag?

S3 ZYKLON

Yours? I'd like to race you and see what line you are taking to remove 3 seconds from my lap. 1:43 is by no means my best, but I just can't see 1:38. 1:40 seems possible for sure, but I just don't see going 2 seconds beyond that. You would have to really luck out and just run a flawless lap with perfect shifts, hit every apex perfectly, brake in exactly the right spot. Skill plays a big part, but one little unlucky error can cost a second or two.

1:42.9 thanks to Tech, but the damn turn before and after the tunnel are killing me. I can't get a clean line on those to save my life. If I do well on one, I ruin the other. Looks like on this track I'm just not capable of better than MAYBE a 1:41 if I can fix those two turns. I'm still blown away by 1:38. Need to run against them and see what line they take I guess.

Are you using a wheel Tech? ^ I just noticed you seem to be braking smoother and turning in smoother than I am. I find it hard to find the brake threshold between maximum braking and lock up, making for a messy turn when I lock up the wheels. I really need to get a wheel setup, but I have not the room or money to devote to one right now.
