i stopped them, just got proxied. protoss cant get troops out fast like terran or zerg...you wouldnt know because you never tried playing them

yeah i like my charge/dark templar rushes

 

going back to standard units and ive won 3 in a row.

 

it's like when i rush hydras and research range and burrow on zerg. place hydras outside of a base, then rush with speed lings. it's like a jack in the box you don't want to meet.

 

i hate zerg.


3 v 3, we wiped out two of them,then zerg took all three of us out fast.

 

i love zerg. i'll have complete map control of the expansions within the first 10 minutes if it even gets that far. but then again i'm still only playing silver and gold ranked people.

It's funny how I'm bronze and all the people I play are silve and gold.

 

me and actct just won like 6 out of 7 with our rush tactic.

Finally decided to pop in and check out this thread.

I still don't have this game. I am, however, installing Win98 SE onto a virtual machine in the background so I can play Command & Conquer.


EDIT: Man, I'd forgotten how long 98 took to install...

Now, I was going to post an edit saying "I am posting this from within Windows 98", however IE5 crashes when I try to view this thread. So I'm posting from Chrome in XP.

I wonder if Chrome would run in 98?

ya dude. that's a great strategy and works to our advantage if we need to go to mid-game strategy. we already will have troops and an income to one-up then and go to level 2 units.

 

I just really need to get better at micro. 9 times out of 10 when I do that strategy I do some damage, but then i've neglected my base so much that i'm both extremely vulnerable and also left way behind.

At any rate, 3v3 is a lot of fun.
