seriously, you should really take it to another dyno. Central Florida Tuning is a joke.
if anything, tell them to start the test at 1800-2000RPM, where that turbo should be fully spooled....
also, why do you need a new fuel pump?

i talked to my friend and he knows about their fuel pump and told me to just multiply 200 times 16% and that should be the real hp i came up with 232whp on 6psi also i need a new fuel pump because sometimes it would spike really rich and like bogg then all of the sudden it would hall ***..i think the way they did it for now untill i got the fuel pump was that they maxed out the fuelpump to the injectors or something like that...these people know what their doing they've worked on other miata's specially 9 second one..also my boost controller isn't even hooked up i gotta wait for the fuel pump it's going to go in monday anyways

considering the dyno was at Central florida, they probably already added the correction of 16%....so it's more likely a 170rwhp pull, which sounds more in line with 6psi.
im not trying to be an ***, but read up on fujiracing and their 175rwhp dyno run at central florida turbo, then getting on another dynojet in the area and seeing only 150rwhp.

oh well the owner of cft was there when my car was getting tuned and he told me that his dyno is different' that to multiply it by that percentage and that would be the real power they never added the corrections

yes, and you're very excited about the numbers. exactly what he wants.
i know your setup is done well. but i have my doubts. we went through this with kimmy and his Central Florida Tuning fiasco.
150rwhp on their mustang dyno, told it would be 175 on a dyno jet.....turned out to be 150rwhp on a dynojet.
i also dont see how you could only be at 50rwtq at 3.5K
but. what i did two is take his two plots and put them together....so if you got 200rwhp, then I'll believe it, but it's going to be 200rwhp on a dynojet just the same if anything.
