Default 99 Miata no tach or spark issue

Good morning and happy super bowl Sunday on this day it's posted.
currently I have an 99 NB Miata turbo running a MS2 It does not receive spark or tach movement when starting. The engine cranks and fuel is working as I can smell the aem fuel pump pumping fuel into my 1050x injectors.
Basically what happened was I relocated oil line to run a belt for power steering and wiring harness for IAT sensor and some other 3 wire plug with a yellow clip got snagged on the belt and the wires came in contact. Immediately shutting the car off. I blew the fuel inj fuse replaced and replaced EGI MAIN relay. I also tried can angle sensor with no prevail. I have a Fab 9 coil pack sending unit and stock coil pack at my disposal tried hooking both up and still no spark. If anyone has an idea of how I can get this running it would be great. Or any good direction I can hook my ms2 to my computer and send data. I would like to avoid paying hundreds of dollars for something that may be simple fix. Thank you guys

Post a log of cranking and your tune.

Default log file

I attatched log file and tune. I noticed at on position the TPS is at 125% is that even possible is there a fuse or relay that controls the TPS or could it be the TPS itself?

TPS, coolant temp, IAT are all messed up. You're not getting any cam/crank sync so the injectors and coils aren't firing.

I believe the 5v reference output from the megasquirt is what all of those have in common. I would measure voltage on that wire with the key on.

So far I have replaced the iat sensor, tps sensor, cas and cks, and egi main with no avail. On the msq2 there should be 4 lights on 2 being power and sync the third should pulse for tach sync and it does not. I am receiving proper voltage to my sensors. Any other ideas?

Crankshaft position sensor will cause no spark and tach issues. Check the sensor and the Gap between the crank wheel. A credit card is a good way to set the Gap.

Please explain in detail what steps you took to determine you have proper voltage to the sensors.

A composite log would be helpful as well. I don't think cam and crank utilize the 5v reference so that is likely a separate issue.

so I didn't have spark or tach movement from the moment iat sensor wires crossed

I took a multimeter with car acc to on and tested voltage coming out of the plugs for all sensors.
is the datalog I provided not a composite locate? I'm new to msq2pnp software

What was the reading at the sensors?

No that is not a composite log.

From the gauge cluster screen, click on "diagnostics and high speed loggers" tab, click "save to file" name it something like "no start" click "start", then crank your engine for ~10 seconds, click "stop". Upload this file.

You also need to calibrate your TPS, assuming no other wiring is wrong with it. At 138%, it'll be in flood clear mode and not inject any fuel.

Ok so I got combustion after messing with it. But won't run yet i had it hooked up to my other car and i would get tach movement but when I dont have it hooked up no movement so I know I need a batter for sure cca's are bad. What else can I check for so I know I have good spark. Also for tps that I replaced I was looking online it says to adjust it while car is running cant really do that. Anything helps guys i ended up swapping 203 relays in the front and Uninstaller reinstalled ecm to get it to almost start. I'm getting there.

You calibrate the TPS in tuner studio. Coolant and intake temp sensors are probably not configured properly either.
