.....I moves a decent amount of air. I've found that if you roll the driver window up and crack the passenger window open about an inch it moves plenty of air to keep you cool unless it's over 90 degrees out.
With both windows down it does add a nice jet of air to the center of your body.
The vent seals really well to, it doesn't whistle or hum when closed and it's been rain proof so far.
