It's a multi-step process;
- First you order
- Then you get an email confirming the order - that's when you pay (via PayPal)
- Wait about 24hr to get another email (in Japanese) w/ a tracking number
- Then use this site (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/em.../index_en.html) to get tracking info
