Look at your ignition coils, specifically the low-voltage side. Do each of the connectors have four wires, or only three? If your coils have four wires, then you have an early '95 and the '94 wiring diagram will be correct. If your coils have three wires, then you have a late '95. The '94 diagrams will be about 90% accurate, with some minor variations in the ECU and engine wiring.

'95 was an unusual year. A number of changes occurred midway through in preparation for the OBD-II conversion. Look at your ignition coils, specifically the low-voltage side. I can't really tell from the pictures, but if those are four wire coils then it's an early 95, same as 94.
To answer your other question, nearly everything mechanical and interior is interchangeable from 94-97. Things like body and suspension are fully interchangeable back to 90.
