Wow, when I learned about all the censorship on the MSM forum today, it blew my mind ... I haven't encountered that before. SMR has always been a pretty good moderator in my 2.5 years on that forum. He sent me a message today directly accusing me of bringing my MT "buddies" into the MSM thread for attacks' sake. Then he BARELY apologized (i.e. he apologized but it didn't sound remotely sincere) when I told him the truth -- that until he PM'd me today, I had no idea this MT thread even existed, and that Braineack and Elesjuan are NOT my "buddies" ... nothing against you two, I just don't know you! I also told SMR that, for example, TurboTim is one of the NICEST people who I know in this community. I guess SMR didn't believe me. But if he keeps censoring then I will soon LEAVE that forum ... I'm not pro-mean, but I'm strongly anti-censorship!!

LOL .... If I'm leaving that forum, I might as well go out in a blaze of glory. With posts like that SMR will ban me for sure, without investigating of course.

Facts are: stock MSM ECU boost cut is 11, although sometimes mine creeped to 14 before the boost cut decided to actually work. Also sometimes I had just about 100% duty cycle on 305cc injectors, making just 213 rwhp.

But this guy says 22 psi and 248 hp ..... WOW he must be taking some really good hallucinogenic drugs!!! Even if his mechanic used a resistor to bypass the stock boost cut, there would be a BIG BOOM at that level.

I forgot to mention, what really set off SMR about non-mainstream Miataness was my post about the Megasquirt. I figured the MSM forum mods want us to inform, not abuse, so .... I informed! And then I was told that informing is bad, because the Megasquirt isn't popular. I cited MT as evidence to the contrary. SMR didn't like that.

Oh well.

Got that subtlety? Says he's using a boost controller to turn DOWN his boost.

SMR is PURELY an idiot and I might've spotted part of his problem... Seems he might be an "FM" elitist. Quoted from his sig: "Silver Bullet 1992 Silverstone #17 EM FM I+ Turbo" That might begin to explain his rage against the Megasquirt because its not "mainstream" (Read: Sold by FM / One of his sponsors)
