Im hoping maybe someone can help me with some ideas on where to look for a kinda no start situation.

Car is a 1993 1.6 turbo with a SpeedyEfi. Bought the car in none running form with the ECU and turbo (ebay type setup) already on the car so yes I think I bought someone elses headache and now it wants to be my headache LOL
So I did have the car running, not great but it started and idled and would move. Needs tuned properly for sure. Well then it went wouldn't start. I did get it to kinda start, running on cylinders 1 & 4 is all so it wasnt a proper running. I thought hey I got a bad coil bought a new one and slapped it on and it stared for about 5 seconds long enough to rev up and as it started to drop a touch it just sputtered out and died. Then back to the same thing of sometimes I could get it to try to run on 2 cylinders. I was mind boggled so I took the coil pack back and exchanged it. Car didnt even try to run with the new coil pack. So I have the original coil pack the new one that the car wont start on and then I have another brand new one from a different source that I have not installed at all yet. When Im testing the 3 coil packs next to each other I get very similar readings from each one with the same measurements.

On the coil pack plug ohm load between the red and white wires I got 1 ohm on all 3 coil packs. Same with the Red to white/black line I got 1 ohm across all 3 coil packs. Then measuring the resistance from coil 2 & 3 was between 11k and 11800 on all 3. On coils 1 & 4 I got 10k to 11800 on all 3. I feel Im not testing these coils correctly but I also kinda feel this issue is coming from somewhere other than the coil pack??? I dont know how to check the CAS I ready on the form where there really isnt a way to check this part? Im hoping someone has had something similar that could be hey good sir check this area as Im a bit lost.
