Improving the MAF
What is the purpose of the screen inside the MAF on my '04?
I know the stock computer requires the MAF or else I'll get a CEL, even though my Megasquirt doesn't use it. If I keep the MAF installed but remove the internal screen to improve airflow, will that cause any problem(s) satisfying the stock computer or otherwise?
