With no AC or PS, the piping on the Starion IC is cake. The IC intakes fall right in line with the turbo exhaust port and throttlebody. So:

Hotside: 1 180 degree U bend, 2 90 degree elbows, 1 45 degree elbow
Coldside: 1 45 degree elbow, 1 90 degree elbow.

I just retained the U bend and throttlebody pipes from my old Jimmyboy Saab kit, and fit new SS pipes to those for the Starion. I live 30 minutes from this guy:

He charged me $60 for all the bends and lengths of pipe I needed for the job.

Yeah, my pipes go under my radiator, but I haven't come close to scraping them. I scrape my exhaust piping and the bottom of my RB Type II nose all the time.

It was a Lowes check valve when running the BOV VTA. He has now recirculated the BOV and solved many problems that he was having while cruising at speed. The bosch valve leaks and really needs to be recirc'd for your car to run right. It tends to make the engine "buck" because it is releasing metered air that should be entering the motor.

Sam, should I be removing that check valve from your old BOV and running it recirc?

YES, unless you want the same stumbling issues that he had.

Sam, how'd you hook the BOV up like that? Does someone offer that silicone fitting or did you make it yourself?

Yeah, it's called a t-piece. I couldn't find one the right size so I welded my own out of steel.

I thought switching from a MAF to a MAP sensor would fix that, though. Is Sam MSed? I plan to be.
