Default loss of power at 2200 rpms

I went to go to work this morning and I have a complete power cut at like 2200rpms once rpm drops bellow 2k I get power back but cuts every time I hit 2200rpms. Idles just fine and runs smooth. Does this warmed up and cold. Any ideas??

My house feels cold, but I won't provide you any additional supporting information about my house. Any ideas?

I would suggest checking your temp reading. If low turn up heat. If that doesn't work try investing in a snuggie.
