I like that Mazda uses Dave Coleman for marketing videos. Most car manufacturers don't let the nerds anywhere near that kind of content.

I am kinda disappointed in the fulcrum video. I mean balancing the car on it means nothing without some sort of scale running between the fulcrum and the wheels is meaningless. That thing could be parked 6 inches either way on that platform and I don't think we could spot it by eye.

Those were my thoughts, too. You could get a car balanced at 60-40, as well. Without demarcating where the center of the car's length is, if indeed that's what matters, the see-saw trick means nothing.
