That's probably the issue. Try less gap if you ever want to turn the boost back up. When I ran stock coils I ran .020" gap. I now have some extremely hot ignition coils (IGN1A Race coils) and I run .030" gap....

A cheap first step would be to swap out the plugs. Too bad you aren't around here or I would loan you my new "test kit" (both sensors, plugs, wires, and coils). If you end up buying all that stuff I would try Ebay. I goofed up buying new parts from my FLAPS because the expense was double what it should have been.

I replaced BKR5E-11 @ 0.030 with extended reach ZFR6F-11 @ 0.028. I'm at around 8 PSI now and I'll gap down a bit if I have problems going back to 10 PSI. Thanks!
