Nice to finally meet you Chad. The C6 is not really a C6R, but Steve likes to call it that. It is really just a base C6 w/ I/H/E, pretty much prepped to the rules for A Street Prepared. The yellow Z06 w/ the CCW's is The reigning A Stock National Champ's new ride and is a beast too. My little 114 whp stock Miata didn't do too bad against all the big, bad high hp cars though.

The rollbar is a modified Autopower. It's an autopwer main hoop with the rear supports bent to allow the hoop to lay back more so a taller guy has more headroom. The Autopower bolts to the seatbelt mounts and a lot of the HD or BF don't. The single crossmember is a custom piece. That bar is as far back and as tall as it can possibly be without interfering with the top. It could be more forward and taller, but then it would certainly hit my head when driving.
Ok guys, digging an old thread, I know.

y8s and Sam, how tall are you?

Sam - what seat do you have (and how is it mounted) to get your dome that low?

Thanks!

Brad

I'm 5'11" and all torso. I had to bold my sparco to the floor and I've never looked back.

When you guys say all torso, what kind of inseam are you talking about (to judge leg/torso ratio).

FWIW, I'm 6'2 with a 34 inseam

OK, now I don't mind the minor notchings I did on my S68 (existing) and my Sparco Fighter (previous)....
Nothing like cutting a $500 seat Atleast yours was free!

I struggled with this for some time. I'm 6'3 and getting under the bar with helmet in was a struggle but I did it. I've got aluminum race seats bolted directly to the floor. I also cut out the two mount "humps" in the front for more room. I fit quite nicely. Now, if I could just figure out a way to extend the pedals forward about 4"..... You can see pics on my cardomain site below.

How do you like your S68, and how big (or small) are you?

I am looking between the Momo T-club and Start now I think...anyone with experience with them?

I love it. I'm 5'-10" at 150lbs.
The S68 is a snug fit, even for my build. The Sparco Fighter was more comfortable, but did not fit as good.
The shoulders on the S68 are broad, but the hip area and thigh bolsters puts this seat out of range for bigger builds.
I am looking to replace with a Kirkey Aluminum and move the S68 to the PAX side.
