KPa to vac/boost conversion?

KPa to vac/boost conversion?
I searched, but still can't find it. Where do I find out the table, or scale, or whatever, to convert KPa to vac / boost?

It's approximate, but here's a table. Vac is in in Hg and boost is in psi.
