ok so in my 91 i was able to just pull the hose off the brake booster and suck it up there but im trying to clean out the 92 and when i pull the hose off it dies.. so i had a friend give it a tad bit of gas to keep it from dying. it sucked up a tad bit then it died.. the we restarted the car and instantly it sounds like knock..
is there something i did wrong?

You probably sucked up too much, hydrolocked, and bent a rod. The brake booster line is way too big. It could literally empty that entire can in a second if you motor is spinning fast enough.
Are you sure its knock? Or is it the common valve tick we get sometimes? I would get ticking upon start up and occasionally during revs. Once I did the 2twisty flush its been good to go ever since, and that was when I first bought the car years ago.
Sounds like the lifters if it goes away right after startup, good call Vash.
OP - next time use a much smaller line. Trying to seafoam (much less keep the engine running) by going through the brake booster would be like drinking a coke with a toilet paper tube as a straw.
