Taller gear ratios on a 5 speed

Actually, I really like the 3.9 with the 5 speed. I think it's a great combo. However I just read that you plan on the six speed later, so the 3.636 is nearly a must have in my book. I am SO glad I picked mine up years ago when they were easy to get and only $290 a set.

I'll let you know in about 1 month. I guess it depends on your specific needs. In my case, I want to take my car to the track sometimes. I really would like to know in the case of those using the 3.63 for the dragstrip what would be the result.

I want it more for the 170mph gearing @ 7500 rpm, and the lower rpm's at cruise on the highway.
Even if the car is slower with that gearset, you are still going from NA to turbo at the same time you put it in, its not like you will feel it being slow.
Can't wait to get it (and the rest of my ****) in.
