I love that threads can get derailed by improper use of apostrophes.

I think the problem will be finding MSM axels.

The s2000 T2R diff does work in our carriers. I've got an s2000 diff installed in a 4.30 carrier out of a NB, even the bearings are the same.
I'm just having a hard time finding an affordable set of msm axles.

I had an S2000 for about a year and went through 2 diffs...I don't know if you benefit from having one over a 1.8 miata diff (unless you did it for gearing purposes, in which case, nevermind )

I swear i'll have pics up tomorrow. I've Been busy with side jobs.

I'm also hoping the diff really isn't screwed but I think im being a little to optimistic since I can hear some grinding/clunking when the driveshaft spins.

Joe - Just yankin your chains!

The s2000 diff and possibly the MSM diff (no hard evidence of that yet just speculation) is a Type 2 R torsen. It has clutches in addition to the the typical torsen 2 helical gears to keep the diff loaded so you don't lose power if you lift a wheel.

I doubt it is any stronger than any other mazda type 2 torsen.

Thank you for sharing your experience and posting pics to make the thread interesting.
