Wow... Um where to start on this one?. You could have the ignition timing off and firing so far retarded that its burning on the exhaust stroke and headers getting hot. Or you f'd your injecter wiring and its spraying lean. Plus it sounds like you have a vac leak by the delay in the revs. If i where you before spending all that money recheck your timing to be 7* go over the basics because thats not a smooth idle.

Ya im pretty sure my timing is fucked up, and it does sound like a vac leak but i cant find a leak anywhere i will keep rechecking though, and have to re-order new injector clips, because i believe i did wire the injectors backwards, so i guess im gona have to re-wire them ****...and my Godspeed rad is on back order for 6 weeks if you havent read it, well 3 weeks now probably, and the fans are sitting in the box waiting to be installed when the rad comes, hopefully my intake will still fit.

Take it to the shop. Without basic troubleshooting skills / general knowledge of fuel injection, timing, etc, you're in way over your head. You should also rethink your plans to turbocharge your car until you either find a local buddy to teach you and do the inevitable fixes that will be needed along the way, or just decide that you're going to pay to have it done.
Modding a normally aspirated car is one thing, turbocharging brings the complication factor to a whole other, MUCH less forgiving level. When you're 'building' a boosted car, the **** doesn't just magically piece itself together. There will be problems to work through, and nobody's born knowing how to do it.
