Savington 08-02-2008 02:48 PM

oconnor 08-03-2008 01:51 AM

belacyrf 08-09-2008 03:02 PM

Sav, no major rush, but if you have a moment, can you shoot me a PM to give me a rough "timeline" of when I can expect mine?

thanks man!

Can I get an update as well?

Savington 08-21-2008 12:49 AM

I am looking to get them all out by the end of September. That sounds absurd, but I feel like it's a timelike I might be able to stick to. I'm in the midst of a move (switching residences at college) for the next couple of weeks so I don't know whether I'll be able to hammer any out.

For those of you that have recieved products, if you don't want your old ignitor, I'll give you $20 for it. Send me a PM and I'll Paypal you.

For those of you who are still looking to place orders, I still have you in mind. I won't be making any more kits myself, but I am looking at outsourcing the production of the harness (which is pretty time consuming to make) so I can box a kit up and ship it 24 hours after recieving an order. I will be looking into this more after all the current orders have shipped.

Good to hear

Cool, I'll keep an eye out for updates.

I am not officially on you list but have been monitoring this thread for a while. Are you expecting any significant change in price and can I get on the list?

Phil

I don't think there is an official want to buy list. Just watch for when he's taking on new buyers.

Savington 08-22-2008 12:21 AM

There will be a change, but it won't be like double. The post-intro price was $250 initially, it will probably be $275-300. No official list.

@Savington

Do you send outside U.S.

Got your PM. I am not currently accepting new orders.

I can ship wherever FedEx ships. The first $10 of shipping is included in the kit price; international buyers are responsible for anything beyond that. I can get a bracket anywhere in the world for about $8; full kits may be much more expensive. I'd have to check into it when I start accepting orders again.

Arkmage 08-24-2008 10:26 AM

can you hook a brother up with just 4 COPs and 4 connectors? Two of my coils fried and the wiring is epoxied in :(

Savington 08-24-2008 01:59 PM

Ark, I get lots of requests for parts only. By the time I pick up 4 extra coils (which I have to pay shipping on) and 4 extra connectors (which I pay shipping on), and then ship it all to you, it'll be more expensive than if you were to hit up car-part.com and the Toyota place in Texas yourself.

belacyrf 08-26-2008 01:54 PM

Just checked back in, September is fine by me. Thanks!

Mymiataflys 08-27-2008 05:25 PM

I would like to buy a mounting bracket for a 1.8 and a capacitor for the 1.6 harness if you can do that sorta thing. I have a 1.8 motor swapped car. I have the coils , extra ignitor and connectors and most of a harness just never got around to finishing the harness. quote me a price if you can .

1.8 mounting bracket and 1.6 capactior for running a 1.6 Link ECU with a 1.8 motor

thanks

Are you still on track for finishing them up by Sept? I don't want to be a pain but I'm getting close with putting my car back together and firing it up and am counting on these to get it to run. Thanks, and sorry to bother you again.

Andy

Not a bother at all. I am still trying for the end of September.
