I actually prefer that you use the MSPNP. If you are planning to use these for an extended period of time on a stock ECU, or ANY period of time on an E-Manage Blue/Ultimate, you will need to use Jason C_SBB's circuit to reduce dwell.

I cant see how everyone with a 1.6 wouldnt be in at this point.
When you figure in time spent and gas used in rounding up the parts, paying Sav the $200 is well worth it.

Sav,

Payment sent. Take your time. Mine's a 94 1.8 like yours. MSpnp and BEGI's S4 system. BEGI will likely have my car for another couple of weeks so I'm in no hurry.

So, out of curiosity, what's the ETA on these?

Send my 50%. Can't wait to get this, as it will make it a lot easier to install my protege valve cover without all those damned plug wires hanging around everywhere.

Thanks!

I am saying 4 weeks and I will most likely come in under that, but I don't want to say 2 weeks and then have some junkyard jerk me around on COPs like this last batch (junkyard said they had 18, I ordered 12, turns out they only had 6).

Any 1.8, so 94-00 will do. I need the last part of the engine harness, the part that connects the coilpacks and the fuel injectors to the main engine harness. The plug is right next to the coilpacks, in plain sight on the back of the valve cover.

Paul, I missed your question earlier. I haven't found the connectors, so what I am going to do is ship a separate harness wired for the COPs. You'll unplug the harness from your fuel injectors and coil packs, plug this harness in, and go. OR, if you want the ability to switch faster than that, I can install a Weatherpack connector in that harness so you can switch between COPs and stock coil packs with one quick connection change.

Hey Sav, any pics of a completed set yet, with coils attached?

This is sans mounting bracket and I took an inch or so off the length of the #1 harness to make it look like all the others. This is also sans connectors, I hadn't gotten ahold of a Dremel.

This is with the length corrected, and with connectors, but not on a car:

So, get these, open the gap on my plugs to 35-40, and then...

..change some settings on the MS?
