So what fun stuff works well on your setup?
I'm on a std NB VVT engine just now with an Elite 1500. I've been playing about with launch control and flat shift for giggles on the standard clutch switch. Flat shift appears to work surprisingly well.
My launch control setup is a bit hit and miss depending on surface etc.

My NB2.5 has a clutch switch as standard so its connected in the PnP harness. No easier way to smoosh your engine for cheap thrills although mines still happy.
The standard clutch switch is closer to the top of the pedal which is supposed to be better for flat shift but not as good for launch control where you want it closer to the floor. So the chat goes.

I've wired up an ECU Master rotary switch and 2 toggle switches so that I can play with different features ahead of turbocharging my car.
Rotary switch will most likely be a boost map selector. I'm currently running it as a launch control RPM selector. I do hill climbs with the car with standing starts so this lets me quickly adjust the setting on the fly for the conditions and previous runs.
I set one toggle switch to rolling antilag to see how it functions. Set it to hold rpm when the switch is toggled - it appears to work really well and is intuitive.
The other switch is currently set as a logging button. I'd like to set one toggle switch as a thermo fan override but I've not yet worked that out. May use them for antilag activation etc. once turboed.
All good fun.

I've got an Elite 1500 in my 1990 NA and I've set up 3 rotary switches on the dash to change things on the fly, 1 switch allows switching between maps from low boost to high boost, the second switch turns the internal data logger on and off.
The 3rd switch is for switching between different traction control maps which allow different levels of wheel slip depending on conditions, I've fitted an MK60 ABS system and this has 4 wheel speed outputs which I'm feeding into the Haltech for traction control.
So many things this ECU can do.

Tim - Your setup is the money - definitely something to aspire to.
Are you also running a two port wastegate - is that on a 3 port of 4 port mac. I was aiming to go twin port gate on a 3 port with a weak spring for torque limiting map.
Also in to hear more on your ABS setup and how you also feed the signals into the Elite for TC.

Pin 8 - Rear Right
Pin 10 - Rear Left
Pin 12 - Front Right
Pin 14 - Front Left
I ran these into 4 separate DPI's in the Haltech ECU and set them up as individual wheel speed inputs which the ecu uses for calculating vehicle speed and wheel slip between driven and undriven axles.

I'm running a Kraken high mount manifold and an EFR6258 turbo.
Living in Melbourne Australia we've been in lockdown for months now, can't go more than 5km from home and all non essential businesses closed so I haven't been able to get it professionally tuned yet, it's driving me nuts.

I’ll admit, I haven’t done my homework on this and am asking to be spoon-fed, at least in the Haltech software.
Have you tried it out, prior to lockdown?

Those wheel assignments agree with what I’ve deduced myself, thanks for the cross-check. You have them running into the Haltech directly? Did you have to do any configuration in the Haltech input channel? My recollection is they’re something like a 10v peak-to-peak signal whose frequency increases with speed. Did you have to set a pulse-per-mile or anything?

I then had a bit of trial and error calibrating the correct pulses per KM but they're spot on now, speed matches perfectly with the GPS speed on my AIM dash.
Then I set up a traction control table of allowable wheel slip vs speed which i can change with the rotary switch on the dash, haven't had a chance to test this as we've been in lockdown.
I've tried the ABS just on the road in my local area and it works fantastic, no fuss or drama just stops REALLY well.
Looking forward to testing it properly when we can get back to the track.

I feel your pain - I have a friend in Melbourne under the exact same (I'm in Scotland) - he has a car fully built on Motec with bells and whistles a little like yours (Mk2 escort with a cosworth YB engine, T4 turbo, sequential etc.) but he can't take it to the dyno to map or to the track to shakedown - hoping you all only have another week or so. Don't know how you're not all nuts already!
The info above is ace. The MK60 looks above my paygrade in the wallet, my head and my abilities. My NB has ABS but its on very poor tyres just now so no idea how good it really works at the sharp end. I wonder if I can tap into the NB sensors to provide a form of traction control in the same manner you are running - any ideas off the top of your head?

I went 3 port valve for fear that the resolution on a 4 port valve may be poor (info gained from desktop investigations only). Still want dual port wastegate to hopefully avoid backpressure pushing the gate early on a soft spring. If I get 2.5x spring pressure then I'm golden for the control I ultimately want.
It will be interesting to see if your turbo wastegate orifice can flow enough to hold 7psi where you want it.

Did a little digging on the NB ABS - looks to be two wire variable reluctance sensors putting out -1v to 1v sine waves. It looks like Haltech can convert these signals internally so potentially I could tap into the factory signal wires. Not sure if tapping in like this alters the signal to the factory ABS unit making it unhappy. Would require an I/O expander as I'm pretty spent on my inputs if I was to do all four wheels. I see Tim is also using one.
Checked on ESP - looks like I could use my 6 speed gearbox sensor for the rear wheel speed and tap into one front wheel sensor wire and plug it into one additional SPI. This is very achievable. Not sure how effective it would be so I'll put a query up on the Haltech tuning tips FB page as often there are helpful replies.
