Still excited about the 1800x. Apparently from the 3rd party bench tests it's a multi-threaded beast when it comes to heavy loads. Anything multi-threaded it can dish out. But, apparently since games are not using the multiple cores just yet, the 7700K kaby lake dominates the FPS market. Also, the 1800x runs a little hot and becomes unstable if the temp gets too high. If planning to OC, definitely keep it on a very cool water setup.

So far, some have attempted some early OC and haven't pushed much past 4.2Ghz or so.

pretty sure I saw 5ghz. But this was probably a binned chip. Also:

Mine will be on custom water loop. But in not sure if it will get an OC just yet. At least not until there are a few BIOS updates.

Think the 5Ghz was the liquid nitrogen run. I watched the NG video above and all of the other YT reviews that uploaded today. Even with AIO liquid coolers, still nothing past 4.3Ghz

Hopefully BIOS updates in the future will allow for high speeds.

Oh, okay. My mistake. I have seen a few videos now that show this architecture does not have the same heat issues as the previous gen. Which is good.

Parts are rolling in.

My 980 EKWB looks soooo pretty. This is really a high quality piece. Though, being the tradesmen i am, i can see by the pattern of the endmill they could shave some time off the process. lol

Anyway, i'm already running into a few "fitment" issues. But hey, if it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Computer hardware pr0n. So jelly.

I'm rocking a quad channel X99 mobo with a i7 hex core. I still have time to wait until I upgrade. I'm looking forward to when the Radeon Vega is released.

So the other wrestlers aren't allowed to inject testosterone?

What the heck kind of wrestling is this?

From the article she wanted to compete in the mens event the whole time. They told her no.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. If they let her compete as a boy, then they have no standing to stop a boy from competing in the girls' event.

Well, I guess. Not for or against. Not my battle but I think saying he/she (whatever) 'cheated' was a stretch.

Maybe we make testosterone injections legal and make all sports bi-sexual. Wouldn't matter to me a bit.

Nah, we just need "stock" and "modified" classes.
