I almost made a bad tom/jerry or mouse hunt reference to my coworkers, then remembered that it wasn't sports related and no one would get it.
It wasn't him that saved the car, it was luck. Skill would have been knowing you're going off and just lifting off the gas and coasting through the grass with limited steering input until speed was scrubbed.
