This thread is supposed to be entertaining but I can relate to this last picture and not in a good way.

Spelling matters:

 

We are spending our days of sheltering in place in a special kind of hell with Mujgan, the seven month old kitten, in heat for the first time.
My wife is finding some solace by translating Mujgan's shrieks through a Siri developed app. She just chases after the kitty with her phone.
Vet says we have to wait till she is out of this cycle before they can spay her.
A screaming cat at all hours of the day and night is cruel and unusual punishment for humans, that's for sure.



Actually, that's my wife's phone.

 

I can attest to this.

About 20 years ago, I did a small project on the Seminole Indian reservation in central Florida. The chief put me in his guest house, which was nice, as the food was good and it was close to the job-site.

What he failed to mention was that his pet panther, which lived behind the guest house, was in heat.

That is an astonishing noise to be woken up by in the middle of the night.

 

I was fifteen years old when my first feline dictator adopted me.
A little female apple headed Siamese, "Nipper"
She went into heat about the same age as yours Godless Commie.
Initially I thought it was cool; wished teenage girls were the same...
After 24 hours decided NOTHING in the world would be worth having girls like that.
It was disgusting!
Door bell would ring and as you opened the door there would be the damn cat, screaming with her butt pointed at your guest, tail wrapped back over her head...
NASTY!
This would always lead to the question "What is wrong with your cat?"
Nothing at all, she just wants you to ...

We'd catch her "inserting" herself on one of my friends sharp tipped boots.
She had NO scruples at all. ANYTHING, EVERYTHING, ANYTIME.

I took her to the vet and payed for her spaying myself 1 day after the heat was over.

Joe, be happy it was separated from you, In with you would have been FAR worse...

saw exactly that (well slightly different but...) when my father bought his last Siameese killmonster.
after her first season (Calling I believe is the term?) she was whisked off to the vets to be 'done'

absolute shame as she would have produced lovely purebred Siameese kittens with the right tomcat.

she's ~19 now and outlasted my father, hope she hangs around some more

Siameese don't meow, they project a horrendous volume......
