Yeah, I know. I own a Juke. That was purely a numbers game. It was the smallest non-Suzuki AWD vehicle I could find around here. If Mazda had exported the AWD NB to North America, I'd have gotten one of those and done the Paco lift kit on it.

At a design school though, the assessor couldn't be faulted for assuming that much copying was done.
IMO, most of these just look like bigger versions of the Mazda3 BK hatchback and Ford Focus Hatchback using the same platform (my DD is a Mazda3 BK Hatchback so I may be overly-biased).
